We are proud to announce that The Northeast Training Institute (NETI) will be opening in the early Spring 2020.  NETI will be a State of The Art training facility located in Bloomsburg, PA.  With approximately 10,000 SF of space, it will be a fully comprehensive training facility incorporating Home Inspector training, Code and Zoning official training as well as many other class offerings for different disciplines in the trades.  Business partners Larry Frace, Scott Frace and Justin Weber are excited to bring best in class training to the industry.  They are also excited to be partnering with InterNACHI to provide home inspectors with a comprehensive learning environment complete with the InterNACHI House of Horrors III.  The House of Horrors will have over 1,000 defects to help inspectors learn about defects that will be found in the field.  There are only two other InterNACHI schools in the Country and this will be the first on the east coast to offer the House of Horrors facility and the only training facility of its kind to offer trainings for code other business certifications.   The Frace’s and Weber are also excited to help the local Columbia-Montour Vo-tech students use the facility for education of their students.  Stay tuned for up and coming news and class offerings, as well as updates on the new buildings progress.
